This service allows us to control your computer and provide on-the-spot answers and assistance and is very useful for your company’s yearend. We can make adjusting entries for you and ensure your books are in sync with our copy.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

In order to complete your taxes effectively we need the following information:

  • Income statements, invoices and or till slips (z reports)
  • Bank statements
  • Credit card statements
  • Capital Assets including bill of sale and financing papers
  • Investment statements
  • Donation receipts
  • Mortgage and property tax statements
  • Expense receipts including, but not limited to:
  • Insurance, including WCB
  • Travel expenses
  • Fuel receipts
  • Training Expense
  • Equipment rental
  • Security (i.e. alarm system)
  • Repairs & Maintenance
  • Supplies
  • Utilities (gas, power, internet, telephone)
  • Cell Phone
  • Payroll Information
  • Meal receipts
  • Road Costs (tolls, scales, etc)

GST RETURNS

Please have your receipts to us no later than the 20th of the month it is due to ensure it gets done on time. If you are an annual filer, and bringing all your receipts at once, please have your documents to us at least one month prior to the due date. You can find your due date on the GST return provided to you by the CRA or you may contact us
